Elite customers go to the front of the line for twelve months. That covers adjustments after the service, emergency repairs, and getting another lift in when you need one.

Don't run a lift you don't trust
A car lift is the only tool in the building that puts several thousand pounds over someone's head. If yours is drifting, groaning, or refusing to lock, stop using it and call.
We service lifts we didn't sell. Bought it used, inherited it with the building, or had it installed by someone who's since disappeared? Not a problem. We work on all major brands.
Arizona heat is hard on lifts. Hydraulic fluid viscosity changes with temperature and seals age faster in an uninsulated West Valley shop than they do in the manual's assumptions. If your lift has never been serviced, it's probably due.

We schedule repairs within a week, anywhere in Arizona.
We'd rather tell you that up front than promise same day and leave you waiting by the phone. If your lift is unsafe to use, say so when you call and we'll do what we can to move you up.
