LYM Lifts LLC ("we", "our", "us") sells, installs, repairs and relocates car lifts in Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lymlifts.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
You may give us information when you fill out our contact form, request a quote, call or text us, email us, or message us on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram or Messenger. That can include your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your garage, vehicle or lift.
When you visit the site we also collect some technical information automatically, like your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you got to the site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar tools. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Texting and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, your job, scheduling, and a review request after the work is done. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. You can also call or text us at 480-313-0494 to opt out.
We do not sell or share your phone number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose. That includes Squarespace, which hosts this site and our contact forms, Google and Meta for advertising and measurement, our phone and texting provider, payment processors, and lift manufacturers or freight carriers when needed to fulfill your order or a warranty claim. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and may use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools. These place cookies or similar identifiers on your browser so we can see whether our ads led to a call or a form submission, and so we can show ads to people who visited the site. You can opt out of personalized ads through Google Ad Settings and your Facebook ad preferences. The Google reviews shown on the site are loaded through a third party widget that may also set cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to support your lift, handle warranty questions, and meet tax and legal requirements. Website data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections, and limiting who at LYM Lifts can see it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, fix it, or delete it. You can opt out of texts at any time. You can control cookies through your browser and through the cookie banner on this site. To make a request, email taylor@lymlifts.com or call or text 480-313-0494. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
