We'll install it and tell you honestly what we find. Worn cables and missing hardware are better discovered on install day than with a car in the air.

60 days of adjustments
If something needs tweaking in the first 60 days we'll come back out and adjust it. Phoenix metro area only.
Post-tension slab? We can still install. A lot of newer Arizona homes have post-tension concrete, with steel cables running through the slab. We can absolutely work with it. The slab just has to be scanned first so we know exactly where those cables run before anything gets drilled.
We can recommend companies that do the scanning. Get that done before we come out and the install goes normally.
Haven't bought yet? Call first. The most expensive mistake in this process is buying a lift your garage can't take. A 2-post needs roughly 11 to 12 feet of ceiling. Five minutes on the phone can save you a return shipment.
Tempe garages. A lot of Tempe homes are older with standard height garage ceilings. That doesn't always rule out a lift. It just changes which one fits. We check your ceiling height and your slab before we drill anything. Send us your ceiling height and what you drive and we'll tell you what fits.
