These terms cover your use of lymlifts.com and the products and services you buy from LYM Lifts LLC ("LYM Lifts", "we", "us"). By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About the website
The site is a catalog. Nothing is sold through the site itself. Product pages show equipment we carry or can order, with prices and specs so you can plan. To buy, call, text or message us and we will confirm availability, price and delivery. Photos and measurements come from the manufacturers and may differ slightly from the unit you receive.
Prices and quotes
All prices on the site are plus tax unless the page says tax is included. Prices can change without notice and we may correct errors. A quote we send you is good for the time stated on it, or 30 days if no time is stated. Installation pricing shown on the site is for the Phoenix metro area. Work outside the metro is quoted separately with travel added.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and due dates are stated on your quote or invoice. Equipment stays the property of LYM Lifts until it is paid in full. Past due invoices may be charged interest and collection costs allowed by Arizona law.
Your site and your responsibilities
Lifts need the right floor. Lifts under 10,000 lb usually need 4 to 5 inches of 3,000 PSI concrete. Lifts 10,000 lb and up usually need 6 inches. The manufacturer's requirements control if they are different. You are responsible for telling us what you know about your slab. If your slab is post tension, it must be scanned to locate the cables before we drill. We can recommend companies that do this. We are not responsible for damage caused by concrete that does not meet requirements, hidden cables or utilities, or site conditions you did not tell us about.
You are responsible for ceiling height, bay space, power, and clear access on install day. You are also responsible for any permit your city or HOA requires. If you are not sure whether a permit is needed, check with your city before install day.
Installation
Installs are done by LYM Lifts or people working for us. We install lifts we sell and lifts you bought somewhere else, new or used. Installation includes 60 days of phone support and 60 days of return adjustments. Return adjustments are for the Phoenix metro area only. Support does not cover damage from misuse, overloading, or changes made by someone else.
Warranty
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the manufacturer's terms. LYM Lifts is a dealer and installer, not the manufacturer, and we do not add a warranty of our own beyond what is written on your invoice. We will help you contact the manufacturer with a warranty claim. Used equipment, including lifts we relocate or resell, is sold as is unless your invoice says otherwise.
Repairs and relocations
Repair estimates are based on what we can see. If we find more once the work starts, we will tell you before doing extra work. For relocations we wrap the posts and send you photos of the lift's condition before we move it. We are not responsible for wear or damage that existed before the move.
Using your lift safely
Follow the manufacturer's manual. Do not exceed the rated capacity. Keep the lift inspected and maintained as the manual says. Once an install is complete and you accept it, safe use is your responsibility.
Cancellations and scheduling
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. If we arrive and cannot do the work because the site is not ready, a trip charge may apply. Special order equipment may not be cancelable once ordered, and returns of ordered equipment may carry restocking and freight charges set by the manufacturer.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Arizona law allows, LYM Lifts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost use of your garage or vehicle. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website use
The text, photos, logo and design on lymlifts.com belong to LYM Lifts LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written OK. Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the site. We may change or remove content at any time.
Trademarks and resellers
Halo, Quick Lift USA, Atlas, LiftVault and other brand names on the site belong to their owners. LYM Lifts is an independent dealer of these products, not the manufacturer and not an agent, employee, subsidiary or representative of any manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are subject to each manufacturer's terms.
Arizona law
These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
